Terms of Service

Last updated: April 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cLLMHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

cLLMHub is an open marketplace for large language model (LLM) inference. The Service connects two groups of users: hosts, who publish models running on their own hardware and set per-token prices, and developers, who load USD credits and call those models through an OpenAI-compatible API. The Service provides model registration, catalog discovery, API key management, request routing, usage monitoring, billing, and PayPal-based credit top-ups and host payouts. The same account may act as both a host and a developer.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) distribute malware or harmful content; (c) infringe on intellectual property rights; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; (e) publish or call models that generate illegal, abusive, or harmful content; or (f) manipulate token counts, reputation scores, or pricing in bad faith.

5. Credits and Per-Token Billing (Developers)

Developers fund a USD credit balance via PayPal. There is no subscription, no minimum top-up, and your balance does not expire. Each request to a hosted model is billed in real time, calculated as (prompt_tokens / 1,000,000) × input_price + (completion_tokens / 1,000,000) × output_price, where input_price and output_price are set by the host.

cLLMHub charges a flat 15% platform fee on each settled request. The remaining 85% accrues as host earnings. Self-consumption (a request where the calling account is also the host of the model) is not billed.

Credits are non-refundable once spent. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Failed requests that did not produce a response are not billed.

6. Host Earnings and Payouts (Hosts)

Hosts earn 85% of every dollar developers spend on their models, accruing to a host balance held by cLLMHub. Hosts may request payouts to PayPal once their balance reaches the minimum payout amount displayed on the Earnings page. Payouts are subject to PayPal's availability, fees, and verification requirements. cLLMHub may withhold or delay payouts if it has a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings. cLLMHub does not provide tax advice and does not currently issue tax forms; you should consult your own tax advisor.

7. Host Data Obligations

If you act as a host on the Service, you agree to the following obligations regarding developer data (prompts, completions, and any metadata transmitted with API requests):

  • No logging or storage. You must not log, store, copy, or retain prompt content, completion content, or any personally identifiable information contained in API requests beyond the duration needed to serve the request and return a response.
  • No secondary use. You must not use developer traffic for model training, fine-tuning, analytics, benchmarking, advertising, resale, or any purpose other than fulfilling the inference request.
  • No disclosure to third parties. You must not share, sell, or otherwise disclose developer request data to any third party, except as required by applicable law (in which case you must notify cLLMHub promptly).
  • Security. You must use reasonable security measures to protect developer data in transit and during processing, including TLS encryption for all connections to and from cLLMHub.
  • Breach notification. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, developer data processed through the Service, you must notify cLLMHub within 72 hours.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate removal from the marketplace, forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and permanent suspension of your account.

8. Content, Models, and Outputs

You retain ownership of any models you publish through the Service. cLLMHub does not claim ownership of your models or the content they generate. You are solely responsible for the models you publish, the prompts you submit, and the outputs they produce, including any liability arising from copyright, defamation, or other legal claims. cLLMHub does not store the content of prompts or model responses by default.

9. Service Availability and Quality

Because models on the catalog are served by independent hosts, individual model availability, latency, and reliability may vary. cLLMHub uses reputation scoring, canary probes, and automatic failover to improve quality, but does not guarantee that any specific host or model will be available at any given time.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. cLLMHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or losses resulting from a host's unavailability, outputs, or pricing decisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please reach out via the Contact page.
