By accessing or using cLLMHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
cLLMHub is a platform that allows users to publish locally-hosted large language models (LLMs) and expose them as OpenAI-compatible APIs. The Service provides model registration, API key management, request routing, and usage monitoring.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, provider tokens, and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) distribute malware or harmful content; (c) infringe on intellectual property rights; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or (e) publish models that generate illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Content and Models
You retain ownership of any models you publish through the Service. cLLMHub does not claim ownership of your models or the content they generate. You are solely responsible for the models you publish and the outputs they produce.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. cLLMHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
