Terms of Service

Last updated: May 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cLLMHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

cLLMHub is an OpenAI-compatible inference hub. The Service provides a hosted API gateway that routes requests to a set of open-weight large language models, exposes user-facing dashboards for account, key, and model management, and lets users optionally register their own LLM backends through the cLLMHub CLI.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) distribute malware or harmful content; (c) infringe on intellectual property rights; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or (e) generate illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

cLLMHub is offered as a subscription. Free, Pro, and Max plans determine your daily request quota and the number of models and API keys you can register. Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Plan details are available on the pricing page.

We may change plan pricing or quotas with reasonable notice. Existing paid subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

6. Content, Models, and Outputs

You retain ownership of any models you publish through the Service. cLLMHub does not claim ownership of your models or the content they generate. You are solely responsible for the models you publish, the prompts you submit, and the outputs they produce, including any liability arising from copyright, defamation, or other legal claims. cLLMHub does not store the content of prompts or model responses by default.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Model availability, latency, and reliability may vary, particularly for user-published models served from third-party hardware. We may perform maintenance, updates, or unplanned outages without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. cLLMHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or losses resulting from model outputs or service unavailability.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please reach out via the Contact page.
