Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name (and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google provides). When you use the Service as a developer, we collect API request logs (timestamps, model names, token counts, latency, and cost) to provide usage monitoring and billing. When you act as a host, we collect heartbeat metadata (model names, capacity, latency, reputation signals) and earnings records. We do not store the content of prompts or model responses.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) manage your account, credit balance, host earnings, and PayPal payouts; (c) display usage logs and analytics; (d) calculate per-token billing and platform fees; (e) communicate with you about Service updates and important account events; and (f) enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Data Storage and Security
Account data, credit and earnings ledgers, API keys, model metadata, and request logs are stored in our PostgreSQL database. API keys are hashed (SHA-256) before storage. Account sign-in uses email one-time passcodes (no passwords stored). Session state is held in HttpOnly cookies. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth (optional sign-in via Auth.js v5), PayPal (developer credit top-ups and host payouts), and infrastructure providers for hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Developer Data and Third-Party Hosts
When you use the Service as a developer, your API requests (including prompt content and completions) are routed through cLLMHub to independent third-party hosts who operate the models. cLLMHub does not store the content of prompts or responses, but the host's infrastructure processes them in order to generate a response.
Under our Terms of Service, hosts are contractually prohibited from logging, storing, or retaining your prompt or completion data beyond the time needed to serve the request. Hosts are also prohibited from using your data for training, analytics, resale, or any secondary purpose, and from sharing it with third parties.
While cLLMHub enforces these obligations and may remove hosts who violate them, we cannot guarantee the conduct of independent hosts. If you have concerns about a specific host's data practices, please contact us.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
7. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account information from the Settings page at any time. If you wish to have all your data permanently removed, please contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
9. Contact
For privacy-related questions or data requests, please reach out via the Contact page.
