1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you use the Service, we collect API request logs (timestamps, model names, token counts, latency) to provide usage monitoring. We do not store the content of prompts or model responses.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) manage your account and subscriptions; (c) display usage logs and analytics; (d) communicate with you about Service updates; and (e) enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Data Storage and Security
Account data is stored in Firebase Authentication. Usage logs and model metadata are stored in our backend database. API keys and provider tokens are hashed before storage. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google Firebase (authentication), PayPal (subscription billing), and NATS (message routing). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
6. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account information from the Settings page at any time. If you wish to have all your data permanently removed, please contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
8. Contact
