Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name (and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google provides). When you call the API, we collect request logs (timestamps, model names, token counts, latency, and status) to provide usage monitoring and to enforce your plan's daily quotas. When you publish a model with the CLI, we collect heartbeat metadata (model names, capacity, latency, health signals). We do not store the content of prompts or model responses.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) manage your account and subscription; (c) display usage logs and analytics; (d) enforce plan quotas; (e) communicate with you about Service updates and important account events; and (f) enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Data Storage and Security
Account data, API keys, model metadata, and request logs are stored in our PostgreSQL database. API keys are hashed (SHA-256) before storage. Account sign-in uses email one-time passcodes (no passwords stored). Session state is held in HttpOnly cookies. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth (optional sign-in via Auth.js v5), PayPal (subscription billing), and infrastructure providers for hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
6. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account information from the Settings page at any time. If you wish to have all your data permanently removed, please contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
8. Contact
For privacy-related questions or data requests, please reach out via the Contact page.
